We're Devon and Jordan, identical twins, marketing consultants, and the co-founders of NavaNess. With complementary strengths and a shared passion for marketing, we built NavaNess around a simple idea: great marketing shouldn't be complicated, and it shouldn't be something small businesses have to figure out alone. We're energetic, driven, and ambitious, and we bring that energy to every business we work with.
We hold degrees in Communication and Media from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and bring 5+ years of professional marketing experience, including work with technology consulting companies. After years in corporate environments, we saw an opportunity to do something different: to work with more businesses, solve different problems, meet new people, and never stop learning. We noticed a common challenge among business owners: they know marketing matters, but they don't always have the time, resources, or expertise to do it themselves. That's where NavaNess comes in.
NavaNess is a reflection of what we believe great marketing should do. Our name comes from our Hebrew names: Nava, meaning beautiful, and Nessa, meaning miracle.

A graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Communication and Media, Devon combines creativity with strategic thinking to help businesses strengthen their presence and connect meaningfully with their audiences. Her experience spans social media management, content development, market research, analytics, and digital strategy across a variety of industries. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating valuable content, and developing thoughtful marketing strategies that help businesses grow.
Jordan is a Marketing Consultant and Co-Founder at NavaNess, bringing a background in marketing within the technology industry. Her experience spans marketing strategy, digital marketing, content development, copywriting, research, and data analysis. She believes effective marketing starts with understanding a business, its audience, and the goals it is working to achieve. This perspective allows her to develop thoughtful, practical strategies that are both grounded in the business and designed to connect with the right audience.
